Bulk Billing Available

All standard GP consultations are bulk billed for Medicare card holders — no out-of-pocket cost. Healthcare card holders, DVA patients, pensioners and children under 16 are always bulk billed.

Dental is a private fee service. HICAPS is processed on-site for immediate private health rebates. Children's CDBS available via Medicare (up to $1,095 over 2 years). Payment plans via humm.

HICAPS + Medicare CDM

Allied health services are private with HICAPS on-site. Eligible patients with a chronic condition can access up to 5 Medicare-rebated visits per year via a GP Team Care Arrangement.

Skin Cancer Checks — Bulk Billed: Initial full-body skin cancer check consultations are bulk billed for Medicare card holders — no out-of-pocket cost. Private fees apply only if the patient requires a follow-up procedure such as an excision or biopsy, which will be advised and quoted at the time.

Dental — Private Fees

All dental services are privately billed. We process HICAPS private health fund rebates on-site instantly — no forms, no waiting.

Children's CDBS via Medicare

Eligible children aged 2–17 can access up to $1,095 in dental benefits over two calendar years through the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule — covering check-ups, cleans, X-rays, fillings and more at no gap cost.

HICAPS On-Site

Swipe your private health fund card at reception. Rebates are calculated and processed instantly — you pay only your gap fee on the day.

Flexible Payment

Humm Payment Plans

For eligible dental treatments, we offer flexible payment plans through humm — spreading the cost over fortnightly or monthly repayments. Available for dental only; not available for medical services.

Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Any appointment cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee: $50 for a standard consultation, $100 for a long consultation. This must be paid before the next appointment can be booked.

Patients running more than 10 minutes late will incur the same FTA fee. Please call reception as soon as possible if you are running late or need to cancel: (03) 5925 9293
