You Don't Have to Face It Alone

One in five Australians experience a mental health condition each year, yet many go without support. At Peninsula MDC Mornington, we normalise mental health conversations and treat every patient with empathy, dignity and expert care.

Our GPs work with you to understand what you're experiencing and develop a personalised plan. This may include a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) under the Better Access scheme, providing access to up to 10 Medicare-rebated psychology sessions per calendar year.

Mental health challenges affect people of all ages and backgrounds, and seeking help is a sign of strength — not weakness. At Peninsula MDC Mornington, our GPs work alongside a network of local psychologists, counsellors and psychiatrists to provide a truly integrated pathway of care. Whether you are experiencing your first episode of anxiety, managing a long-term condition, or supporting a family member in distress, our Mornington team will meet you with warmth, evidence-based guidance and a clear, manageable care plan.
